For Safe Environments Coordinators

The Diocese of Kalamazoo has completed the most current parent portion of the Goretti project.  It consists of the parent letter, the lessons for parents to present to their children, and the opt in/out form.  These are all located below,  and can be opened by clicking on the appropriate selection. 

The Introductory Letter guides the DRE and the SEC on who the program is for and how to utilize the program.  The Form for Parents to opt in or out of the Goretti Project is required for each parent to complete for their students.  The SEC must have all the forms on file as they will be reviewed during the annual audits.  Please make sure that each parent has completed a form for each of their students. 

The documents listed by grade are what is to be handed out to the parents after providing them with the Parent Introductory Letter and receiving a signed form indicating they are Opting In to the program.
